Order amendments
We have a 1-2 hour window for any order amendments that you would like to make after you have placed your order. Should you wish to swop products, change your personlised gift message, change the delivery address or cancel your order. We will try and be accommodating as possible but due to us trying to make and ship your order out as efficiently as possible, we ask for these amendments to be requested within the 2 hour window :)
If you have an issue with your order or any questions then please do not hesitate to email us at info@bellsandroses.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving goods and quoting your order number. We aim to respond back to you within 48 working hours.
Occasionally products can get damaged in transit. If this occurs, please email us with a photograph of the damaged so that we can arrange a solution asap.
The following items cant be returned or exchanged ( in bold )
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged, i cant accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Perishable products i.e Food or Flowers
Digital downloads
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow 5 working days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
